The need for an artificial hand and leg plays a very important role in the life of Amputees and physically challenged. Such people are given an external attachment of an artificial hand and leg which gives a look similar to that of a normal hand which cannot perform all the desired acts. The existing models cannot perform actions as per our thought. The signals are directly obtained from the brain. The problems faced by the amputees are also increasing day by day. The proposed model is a solution for all such problems faced by them to a greater extent.

We believe that if men have the talent to invent new machines that put men out of work, they have the talent to put those men back to work. Brain-The Master of our body generates some of the signals in accord with our thoughts and decrees every part to perform the desired actions. This paper will be surely be a boon to the amputees since it can decrease their encumber. This paper targets in trapping the signals by the use of Brain wave sensor ENOBIO and feed the signals to the so designed artificial hand. Skillful limb is different from the already existing ones. It can encompass activities like operating laptop, peeling oranges, typing messages in a cell and etc like our normal hand. The existing limb models can provide only a support but the proposed prototype for this paper can react to External Stimulus. Brain waves are obtained from a special analysis of EEG (Electro Encephalo Gram). These waves obtained from the brain show us the brain's response to an external stimulus or event. Brain activity before, during, and after a stimulus presentation is recorded. This allows us to observe where, when, and how the brain responds to a given stimulus. The need for an artificial hand and leg plays a very important role in the life of Amputees and physically challenged. Health care and clinical research sector and their professional has become more involved in performance management as hospitals organize to increase their effectiveness towards various growth sectors. Although they are hospital employees specialized in their health care professions and research activities, they are subject to performance appraisals because the hospitals are accountable to patients and the community for the quality of hospital services and recent research activities. The necessity for having a performance appraisal program in hospital and researchers is to direct the employee’s performance, motivate staff and improve hospitals self esteem growth. The performance of a health care professional may be appraised by the appropriate departmental manager, by other professionals in a team or program, based on prior consistency. Appraisal approaches may vary in different ranks. They include behavioral approaches such as rating scales, peer rating, ranking or nomination and outcome approaches such as management by objectives and their achievements. Yes, professionals should give and receive timely feedback on a flexible schedule. There are various parameters to measure the efficiency and capabilities of the employee and their dedication towards the organization. Where, in this article an attempt has been made to observe and study the Performance Appraisal systems in hospitals and their clinical sectors especially in Kanchipuram village and to offer suggestions for their growth and improvement. Keywords
